48 Hour Guarantee

This guarantee is only valid if you puppy is checked by a licensed veterinarian, at the expense of the buyer,  within 48 hours of receiving or picking up the puppy(weekends & holidays excluded). If  a licensed veterinarian determines your puppy to have a life threatening congenital defect, we will replace your puppy with another available puppy. If no puppies are available in the current litter, you will be notified of the next planned litter. We can't guarantee when and if we will have a puppy of the same color or sex. No cash refunds given. A detailed report from your vet must be provided to prove that a pre-existing life threatening condition was present at the time of purchase. Buyer must notify us of the health condition of the puppy within 2 days of diagnosis, in order for this guarantee to be valid. If the condition can be treated it is not considered life threatening. The original puppy and registration papers must be returned to us at the buyers expense. We will not be responsible for any medical bills pertaining to your puppy once it leaves our care.
