Basset Hounds are independent but sociable, calm, patient and playful. Bassets are excellent playmates for children and get along with dogs and other animals.  Bassets hounds do not require much exercise. A few laps around the block is enough to keep them content, as long as they can also play in the yard.  Bassets must be trained with consistency and patience.

We raise tri colors, red and whites, lemon and whites, and blue basset puppies. Tri Color Bassets are the most common color Basset Hound.
